Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

Return Window

Returns and exchanges must be requested within 21 days of delivery.

Exchanges

Exchanges are free. You will only be charged if there is a price difference between the original item and the replacement item. All exchanged items must meet the eligibility requirements outlined below.

Returns for Refund

Returns requested for a refund are subject to a $7 return shipping label fee and a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be unused, unworn, clean, and free of dog hair. Original tags and packaging must be intact. Proof of purchase is required.

All returns are subject to photo inspection and approval. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. Damages or Incorrect Items

Final Sale & Price Adjustments

Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange. Price adjustments are not offered at this time.
